HE series twin-screw extruders

Motor: ABB or ELIN water-cooled motors are adopted.

Gearbox: Symmetrical drive structure with double-sided gears; The design life is ≥ 72,000 hours, and the average torque coefficient is above 12.5. All transmission bearings are made of Swedish SKF and German INA bearings.

Coupling: Equipped with an original German imported coupling and torque limiter.

Barrel: The barrel is inset with an integral wear-resistant alloy steel sleeve. The steel sleeve material is highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant imported from Finland. The water channel of the barrel is a circular jet water channel, which will not be clogged.

Screw: The screw assembly is made of highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials imported from Finland. The screw assembly is mirror-polished, and the mandrel is made of high-strength material imported from Finland.

Heating medium: All heating rods imported from Germany are adopted;

Frame: High-rigidity all-steel plate integral welded frame.

Electrical control system: Two control options are provided, namely PLC and instrument control. Adopt independent control cabinets and power cabinets; Achieve isolated installation of the strong current and weak current parts
