Sheet metal bending processing area

• The staff put the metal sheet into the CNC bending machine, and operate on the CNC machine according to the requirements of the drawings, so that the raw materials form various three-dimensional components.

Welding grinding area

• The staff will weld, polish and polish the bent plates according to the requirements of the drawings to ensure that the product frame is smooth and beautiful.

Product spraying area

• The staff will spray the polished products, increase the anti-corrosion, anti-wear, waterproof, dustproof and other functions of the products, and improve the quality and service life of the products.

Electrical assembly area

• The staff will load the copper bar and components into the sheet metal shell according to the drawing, arrange the parts position reasonably, and the wiring is beautiful and clean.

Finished product packing area

• The staff will package the qualified products that pass the factory inspection. According to the transportation process, the packaging can choose cartons or wooden cases.

Product loading and transportation

• The packaged products will be loaded according to the specified delivery date. Different modes of transport can be selected according to customer requirements.
