According to the needs of customers, the control system designed by our company is mainly composed of three parts, namely, the chlorine system, the ammonia system and the dosing system. The water treatment automatic control system follows the principle of centralized management and decentralized control, and adopts a computer control management system with network structure. The field PLC, the host computer of the water plant and the field bus all maintain the contact with the central control PLC in dual-wire redundancy mode. When a network card or an Ethernet fails, the monitoring software automatically switches to another line without disturbance. The system is composed of 7 PLCS, including one PLC for flow and power acquisition, one PLC for chlorine adding system, one PLC for ammonia adding system, two PLC for dosing system and two PLC for dosing dosing. The system is suitable for remote monitoring and management of tap water plants in water supply enterprises.
