Barrel component

The extrusion system adopts a universal modular screw barrel structure, which can flexibly deal with different materials. The variations in different process requirements.

The entire barrel is lined with an integral alloy steel sleeve. The alloy composition and formula within it are the same as those used by the German WP Company, and the wear resistance index is also the same.

The mirror-finished seamless barrel we provide has a surface finish of Ra0.2 and a verticality between the inner holes of the barrel ≤0.015mm. The straightness of the 10-section machine is ≤0.05mm
